CIRIO is Italy’s leading tomato producer. Using only the finest tomatoes, grown on Italian soil, the range includes peeled and chopped tomatoes, smooth or 'rustica' style passatas, to delicious pasta and pesto sauces. January 2009 saw the launch of tetra packs and single serve purees, with vegetable products and an organic range planned to launch soon

Cumbrian Fellbred
Based in Cumbria, this local butcher sources and supplies Cumbrian meats to the trade and consumers, and can arrange delivery throughout the UK. An extensive range of hampers, cheeses, speciality oils, and decadent desserts are also available

Damian Allsop chocolates
Hand-made, quality chocolates created by talented British chocolatier Damian Allsop, using his unique, water-based recipe which he believes gives his products a lighter, clearer taste. Special collections are produced for Christmas and Easter, with a range of truffles, bars, spreads and other chocolate products available year-round through the website and top food outlets. Summer 2009 saw the launch of ‘Clouds’ – his version of a macaroon

Dri Dri
A new type of gelateria, located on the renowned Portobello Road, serving gelato prepared as it’s made in Italy. Dri Dri stock a wide range of seasonal gelati to eat in (propped, Italian-style at the gelato counter) or to take away in tubs or cones, together with proper Italian coffee and frappes. The Dri Dri gelati and sorbets are freshly made on site every day to Italian recipes, without any artificial flavourings, colourings, emulsifiers, preservatives or non-natural thickeners

Tobia-Teff
Tobia-Teff supplies teff, a gluten free grain, which in flour form can be used as a wheatflour substitute for breads, cakes etc. August 2009 also sees the introduction of teff cereals. Teff is the smallest grain in the world and supplies more fibre rich bran and nutritious germ than any other grain. As it is gluten free, it is ideal for those suffering with coeliac disease but is also recommended for those participating in a lot of sport, and pregnant women, amongst others, as it has a very high iron content. It is also ideal for those looking to reduce their wheat consumption as it is widely reported that people feel positive benefits of doing so
